Make Your Own Vitamin Water
Are you spending a small fortune on Vitamin Water? Store bought Vitamin Water beverages can be almost as sugary as certain soft drinks. There’s a cheaper.. healthier…delicious option..why not make it yourself ?!
Simply add your favorite fruits.. berries and herbs to a container of Spring, Mineral, Sparkling or Coconut Water.. refrigerate over night and Viola 🙂
Raw fruits are packed with essential nutrients. Synthetic vitamin supplements found in bottled water are harder for your body to digest and use. Your body knows what is fake and what is real. By drinking vitamin water made with real fresh fruit, your body will absorb more vitamins and fiber.
Water is so important in our diet..the appealing appearance of fresh fruit floating in icy water might encourage you and your family to drink this refreshing ..delicious water instead of a less healthy alternative like soda.
