Banana Anti Oxidant Rich Smoothie


Blending together a variety of Anti Oxidant Rich Fruits with Spinach is a nutritious way to start the day.  🙂

This Anti Oxidant Rich Smoothie is delicious and very easy to make. 😉


  • 1  Banana
  • 2  cups Baby Spinach
  • 8 oz. Pomegranate Juice
  • 1  cup  Blueberries…fresh or frozen…wild is best 😉
  • 1/2  cup  Pineapple… cut into chunks
  • 1  cup  Low Fat Yogurt…plain or vanilla
  • 1/2  cup  Reduced Fat Milk
  • 1  tbsp. Honey

Place all ingredients into a blender and mix on high for 1 minute or until smoothie is creamy. Serve chilled.
