I see recipes, articles and pictures everywhere…I love Avocados so I thought…why not give it a try…all I can say is YUM!!!!
Avocados provide so many health benefits. They contain protein, healthy fats, fiber, vitamins….what could be bad right?!
Eating avocado for breakfast or lunch can help ease those hunger pangs for awhile. They also contain twice as much Potassium as one banana and help lower your bad cholesterol. Worth a try?! I say go for it!!
They couldn’t be easier to make:
- Avocado sliced or mashed
- 2 pieces of Toast of your choice
- Sea Salt
- Lemon or Lime to taste
- Chili or Hot Pepper Flakes
- Olive Oil
- Any other ingredient you like…let your imagination run wild 😀
